Referral Program
First, tell your friend about your experiences with us. Be as detailed as you can, in this way they will be in a better position to judge whether we provide the things they would like.
If, after hearing about us, your friend wants to come and see us, you could arrange it in one of two ways:
1st, you could ask them to call and talk to your Care Nurse (she will become your friend’s Care Nurse, also). It would be nice if you could call your Care Nurse to let her know to expect the call so that she can greet your friend properly.
2nd, you could ask your friend if they would like your Care Nurse to call them, work out a time of day that would be convenient for him or her, and then call your Care Nurse to arrange for her to do this.
Either way, your Care Nurse will be delighted to hear from you.
